Big news has been announced in the world of Canadian country music! The CCMA has recently shared that this year’s Country Music Week, along with the CCMA Awards, have officially been moved to November 2021! The London, Ontario based events were originally scheduled for early September, but due to safety efforts surrounding the current pandemic, the CCMA has decided to push them back to the end of November.

We are THRILLED to hear that live country music events are on the horizon again, even if there is a little bit of rescheduling involved! The thought of reuniting with our Canadian country music family and celebrating all of their accomplishments with them is almost too exciting to put into words!

Country Music Week 2021 is set to begin on Saturday, November 27th and wrap up on Tuesday, November 30th. As always, the festivities will include the CCMA Fan Village, CCMA Songwriters’ Series, CCMA Legends Show, CCMA Gala Dinner & Awards, and CCMA Seminar Series… Can we start packing now?!

Last year, the chain of events were held virtually, and included performances from Canadian country stars like Brett Kissel, Dean Brody, Dallas Smith, and The Reklaws! We’re looking forward to hearing this year’s line up, as well as the 2021 CCMA Award nominees! There has been SO much incredible country music released recently and we're really happy to know that these Canadian artists are going to get the love and recognition they deserve!

The CCMA has announced that a full schedule and ticket information will be shared soon, so stay tuned ‘cause you really don’t want to miss Canada’s BIGGEST week of country music! Like everyone, we miss our Canadian country music family more than anything, and we CAN’T WAIT to dust off our cowboy boots and head to London, Ontario this fall! We hope to see y’all there!
