The 10th Annual Country Music Alberta Awards aired virtually this past weekend and we’ve gotta say, that province is STACKED! The event did a great job of showcasing emerging and established country talent with 22 award categories ranging from Rising Star to Artist of the Year. This year’s CMAB Award show was co-hosted by George Canyon and Mariya Stokes, and included killer performances from Lindsay Ell, Gord Bamford, and more! Some of the award winners include High Valley for Group or Duo of the Year, Tenille Townes for Female Artist of the Year, and Aaron Goodvin for Male Artist of the Year! The biggest standout of the night was Nice Horse, who earned not one, not two, but THREE awards for Interactive Artist of the Year, Horizon Group or Duo of the Year, and Horizon Single of the Year! We’re super proud of the homegrown talent here in Canada and want to congratulate all of the winners and nominees for their well-deserved distinctions!
