Mama may not have prayed for a girl like Meghan Patrick, but she just answered our prayers with her new, third full-length studio album, Heart On My Glass. This new album is everything - a true body of work that gives us a deeper understanding of who Patrick is as a person and an artist (hint: a VERY talented one).

From the moment she released her tunes "Mama Prayed For," "Never Giving Up On You" and "My First Car," us fans have been listening on repeat, patiently awaiting more music. All 10 tracks were co-written with Patrick, staying true to her "southern rock meets country" sound.

Each song connects to one another to tell the story of who Meghan Patrick truly is. When talking about the album, she said that this new music is special, and spending the last year writing allowed her to reflect on herself and her music, making sure this new project was delivered exactly how she wanted it to be.

The best part of the album is that Patrick takes us through so many moods and emotions. She gives us her raw and emotional side with tracks like "Better Story," and gets us feeling hardcore and grungy with "Where You Drink" and her title track, "Heart On My Glass."

During her YouTube listening party on the album’s release day, Patrick chatted with fans about love, music and all things Heart On My Glass. She mentioned that "My First Car" is a song with lyrics that are most relatable to her, because every specific thing she says has actually happened. Her first car was a pickup truck, and her first drink was a warm Busch Light - every line is a part of her story.

So, you might be wondering,  what "Goes Good With Beer?" Fair question! With the risk of being slightly biased, the answer to that is simple: Meghan Patrick. If you’ve listened to the album, you’ll know it’s the right answer, 'cause she absolutely killed it!
